I am 15 weeks pregnant and have experienced on again off again cramping for the past 2 weeks. I just had an ultrasound 3 days and everything turned out fine. However, I do not know why Im cramping like this. I am not bleeding at all, and the ultrasound came out fine, but I am still worried. Anyone have any experience with this?

During your first pregnancy some crampy feelings are normal. It's usually just the ligaments stretching to make room for that little bean growing inside of you. As long as there is no blood and they don't get severe I wouldn't worry about it. I remember having them! Seems so long ago now since my firstborn is almost 5!

Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, dehydration can cause cramping and in the later stages of pregnancy it can cause false labor. Been there!

I'm 18 weeks now, and right about when I entered my 4th month, I got those "ligament cramps". It's basically pain caused by the ligaments holding your uterus stretching and pulling. Nothing to worry about. Mine went away after a week or so, and they usually hit me later in the evening.
How are you feeling otherwise? The 2nd trimester has been very good to me so far! I'm lovin' it! Although I think my C has been getting worse the last few days.... Ugh!
