WAS DOING SO WELL UNTIL!!!

Was feeling better after 4 days diarrhea. Was on rice and french bread, Cham tea for 3 days. Last night very small amount chicken breast, organic applesauce, pretzels. Was okay.
This morning dry rice chex. and my Glucosamine/Chond, Probiotic, and Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules. 30 mins later had a bout of diarrhea. And now diarrhea every few minutes. I'm really upset and at a loss for what to do.
Just had Cham tea but still going.
What did I do wrong?????

Sorry to hear your tummy isn't behaving. Sounds like you did everything right, maybe read all the ingredients in the chex mix, might be something in there your tummy doesn't like. Heating pad will helps with the craps and to relax the muscles.

This is a very frightening time. Try to relax as much as possible. Stop every so often and take 5 deep breaths and keep telling yourself you will get through this. Hugs
