I have noticed after working out strenuously or working with weights, what used to be just recovery soreness the next day has become a trigger for an IBS attack. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I'm about to join a gym . . . I was wondering if I may encounter something like this. Thank you for posting this. I will try not to jump back to my "power-lifting mode" from 7 years ago.

Thanks for making me stop & think.

I'm going to try increasing fluids and acacia on workout days and see if that helps. But I think your approach is on target, slow and steady.
