I took benedryll for two nights and it did help. I still wake up alot at night and haven't had a full nights sleep in......I don't know when!!!I was wondering if I could go to the hospital and ask to be put in a drug induced coma just so I'd get my 8hrs for at least one day.What do ya think they'd say? Thanks for the advice. As soon as the kids get out of school, I'm planning on using a better sleep aide so i don't have to be awake right away in the morning.Then I'll let you know. -------------------- IBS-D since 1999...mostly stable..i do cheat too.Bad me.
