5year old daughter and IBSC?

My daughter is five and she has really big hard BMs.
She has always had trouble going and they are very large. It causes her pain and once in a while a little blood.
I was told to give her prune juice everyday in her juice and this does help. I'm wondering if it could be IBSc. Even when she eats more fruit, it doesn't make much diff.
Anyone have any idea?

My daugther is 3 and was having hard bms and I quite giving her stuff that had hfcs in it. It has made a differance. I also switch her milk to 2% thats has help as well. We give her 100% juice with a little water to. Hth.
