Is this something I shouldn't take anymore?
I take 2 after breakfast with a bottle of water.

If it isn't bothering you, I'd say keep taking it.
My fiber of choice, though, is OptiFiber. If you go to Sam's Club, you can get a huge canister for about $4.00.
It's at other places, too, but not in the huge canister.

I asked 'cause I picked up some Orange Creme ones, but I remembered that all other Benrfibers were linked to some heart problems (plus bad food coloring), so I stopped taking it altogether.
