The fact that you actually have interviews within 24 hours of your being terminated should drive home the advice I was going to give you initially having been through this: Trust in yourself and just do what you can. Set realistic expectations and try to let go of the crap your last boss pulled on you and move forward. They don't deserve you and you WILL find someone who appreciates your dedication and hard work! CAN So today I was hired on at a different dealership. It's a posistion which is very simillar to what I was doing before but now I don't get a cushy little office and no time to slack like I could before.. but that isn't really a bad thing right? actually being busy and not having down time? and the best part of it, it's a very minor paycut. Before it was a yearly salary and a monthly bonus. I no longer have the bonus but I recieved the same yearly amount. so really it's only 100-200 less a month than before and that's not all that bad right?
