hello! i'm new here so far i'm diagonse with ibs i had since i was a baby practically
 all of it drove me crazy...but
i just wanted to introduce myself and try some new recipes

There's loads of helpful information and great people here. Don't hesitate to ask questions. Try going to the Eating for IBS board and read the sticky notes (red tacks) on the first page. There's a lot of the FAQ's there and other FYI kind of stuff.

If you have any diet questions, be sure to check out the IBS Diet boards as there are loads of questions and answers on there for the more common stuff.
