Hey there... first I would check out the thread in the main room about pregnancy with IBS. Then I would do a search. There have been many pregnant IBS'ers before... so there's lots of info if you look for it!

I had the same worries. And still do sometimes. I am about 23 weeks pregnant. Have always been IBS-D but have been feeling better the last few years. Anyway, now I am prone to constipation and gas pains. And basically just feeling like everything is moving very slowly through my system. Gas X has helped, Colace too. I also don't eat everything that's IBS safe so I take a risk myself. After a few episodes of stomach pain, you sort of figure out what's "normal" and what you want to panic over.
You can start to read your own body and know which pains are just pregnancy pains (your uterus stretching - how fun) and you stomach acting up. And you do get used to the idea that okay I'm having pain, don't panic try to figure out where it's coming from etc. Figure out did you eat something, can I take anything. Sometimes Tylenol would help me a bit. And sometimes I just had to stay put on the couch etc.
I know it's scary but it's sooooo worth it. And of course find a sympathetic doctor and know you can always call them for advice.
