My thigh bone has healed and the hip replacement itself looks perfect so I'm cleared to learn to walk on my own again. Right now I walk like The Penguin from Batman but my physical therapist assures me I just need to get some strength back in that leg to hold me steady. Please keep your fingers crossed for me.

I was doing mostly still walker and some cane but yesterday I graduated to all cane. Apparently my cane technique has improved greatly.  Yay!
