Hi Ruchie! This is the recipe I use to make chai lattes: web page. They taste a lot like the ones you can get at Starbucks. I love them.

I really like the blueberry. It doesn't need any sugar and is comforting. You sure do a good job being positive and helpful to others despite struggling with keeping your health up. I hope things turn around soon for you.

Wow. Thanks for putting that link up! It's really interesting. I want that tea now! Have you tried it - do you think it's the best from your experience? Should I put it on my special list?

Ooooh, OOOH, OOOH! I love blueberries. Wild MAINE blueberries. When I was a little girl, I used to row out to Blueberry Island and pick them off the low bushes, fill up my bucket, and row back to our cottage. Mom would make blueberry pie, blueberry cobbler, blueberry muffins. I gotta try this tea! THANKS! Bev

This tea smells and tastes very much of blueberry. I think you will like it.

Thakns Joan...I'll have to try blueberry tea!

As far as keeping positive...this is how I see it:

I can be depressed and go into despair...or be thankful for what I've got! And the way I see it...I have lots to be thankful for...including great friends on the board like you!

How are you doing these days? I hope you're doing well!

*hugs*

I am feeling so very far behind in my Christmas shopping. What a procrastinator I am! I have to tell you that my kids are very interested in the phone message board thing, and they have decided that you are in high school. That may not seem like a compliment to you, but I would die for someone to think that of me. For some reason no one makes that mistake with me! I feel really dumb but I don't know what LOL means and I see it all the time on the boards. Could you fill me in?
Take care and feel better soon.
Joan
