Good heavens yes!! And cold spells too, especially during attacks. I will sweat like crazy and then shiver like mad!! It's very annoying. I get hot flashes at night too when a migraine is coming on as well.
Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done for hot flashes, or so my dr. tells me.

Yes-in fact I thought it was early menopause at first. I also get shivery and chilled during a major attack.
