does everybody else feel like this? one week you feel great and ibs free and then the next out of no where you feel super horrible again argh.

Yes - sometimes it can change within a day. I might feel fine in the morning, but in pain by the afternoon - sometimes the other way round. And it is not always related to food as I stick very rigidly to the EFI diet. Enjoy the good times.
