Wyoming's nice. The Rocky's & Big Horn Mtns, lots of open spaces, and less than 500,000 people. Good place to get lost if you can stand the wind and long winters.

Hello, John! I'm Nel.

I'm IBS-D too. I don't use fiber supplements because I find they make me worse, but others have found help with them (especially if you have any degree of C), and as it['s all trial and error anyway, it's good to try everything yourself before making any judgments.

I'm being treated at the fibro and fatigue center, but I've never heard of the IBS place you mentioned. If you find more about it, please post back! I'd be interested to learn what they offer.
