I'll go first:
CALIFORNIA: Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Orange, San Juan Capistrano, Santa Ana, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Wildomar, and Perris.
PENNSYLVANIA: Sandy Lake
LOUISIANA: Slidell
OREGON: Salem (very briefly) West Linn (a little south of Portland)
That's mostly it. I've lived so many places sometimes I forget where I've been. But the hubby and I have decided to settle in the Sacramento area. We have family here and it feels like home to us.
So, where have you lived?

I think that calling some of them "cities" is laughable, but what the hey.
In order:
When I was born, my parents lived in Bullville, NY.
Middletown, NY
Circleville, NY
Johnson, NY
Port Jervis, NY
back to Circleville, NY
Warwick, NY
back to Circleville again, briefly, then the fun stuff...
Camp Springs, Maryland
Woodbridge, Virginia
Gladstone, NJ
Middletown, NY, again, briefly
Bangor, ME
...and now we live a ways north of Bangor. Hopefully we'll be here a while, because after 11 moves in as many years, I'm tired of moving!

I am NOT listing little burbs of the same cities for some of the early ones- don't remember all of them:
NYC, NY
Haverhill, MA
Tel Aviv, Israel
Pittsburgh, PA (3 different areas)
Youngstown, OH
Baltimore, MD
Pikesville, MD
Dublin, Ireland
Pikesville, MD
West Orange, NJ

West Orange, NJ
Baltimore, MD
West Orange, NJ
Hoboken, NJ
Windsor, Ont, CA
Ann Arbor, MI
Dexter, MI
Milan, MI
Ann Arbor, MI - current, though we want to move down to york township which would either be Saline or Milan mailing address, but with the housing market as it stands, that isn't likely- we aren't selling right now.
