Well, here's what we ended up with. It's important to note that some of this stuff is NOT IBS safe. A few things were just for them. So, I ended up with rolls, fruit salad, a veggie platter, apple pie, sweet corn, mushrooms, steamed white rice w/ veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, Tofurkey with olive oil & dill baste & mushrooms, mushroom stuffing, green salad w/ avocado & cucumber, strawberry shortcake, and finally, Tofurkey gravy. We had a great day. Everything tasted good and not one IBS jitter all day. Thank you Heather! Here's some pics... (there's also one each of our kitties Hope and Juliette (Juliette is the one asleep on the blanket), and one of a falling snowflake)

Wow! I am so hungry now! Everything looks delicious, except the kitties - they're just adorable! You did an excellent job with your Christmas dinner! Glad you were able to enjoy it without any IBS problems.
