Ok. Here's me in May....that's me sitting down....
Then here's me, a bit thinner(20 pounds) in August...
Finally, this is me the other night. This is the MAN i'm kookoo over,the one I dated a few months... who's a fantastic friend and will be more again, when the time is right...(yes, we both agree on this.)
And me from another view, lol...this is what 45 fewer pounds of me looks like. This is what dropping from too tight in 18s to 14's falling off me looks like.(Not to mention the 200 pounds of jerk I dropped too, hee hee!) Imagine how it feels. And I barely have to eat to keep my hunger at bay now! I'm joining a gym in the new year and may even attempt the Running Club!

Well, my marriage broke up six months ago. He dated his seventeen ear old employee, moved her in and got her pregnant within 2 months. LOL. That'll do it.
However, i learned how to let anger go, and then I didn't have to stuff it down anymore. I have given myself permission to feel what I want to feel. It's done wonders for the IBS too. 
If you want to look up the stories-they are fascinating...- you can just "search" coookie. With three o's!
