There's no way I'll have time to reply to all of those messages, so I just wanted to say a huge THANKS to everyone who offered condolences and well-wishes and things like that. It's been a rough few weeks, a horrible past couple days, and the worst is still to come (the services tomorrow), but I know it was all for the best, and I'm hanging in there. Adam will be here in a couple hours, and that will help immensely.
Thanks again - all the kind words are so appreciated. Dad would be so happy to "see" the huge support group I have behind me right now. *hugs*

The heavens cried themselves out on Wednesday, Casey, so I hope you have a gorgeous day for the services tomorrow. I'm glad Adam is going to be with you.
Take care.

Casey, I'm so sorry for you. I've been off the boards for a couple weeks and missed the original post.
My mom died 8 years ago -- on an extended family vacation to Disney World. She had a heart attack right in the Magic Kingdom, then was on life support for 5 days, and it was decided there's nothing more than could be done. Oh, I can recall that awful trip and the pain of losing my mom.
I'm so sorry, Casey. My thoughts are with you. Try to be strong, OK?

**hugs** I know you are going through a really tough time at the moment, and I just wanted to chime in with the others to say that I am here for you and my inbox is always open. Let me know if you want to chat or whatever. Sending good thoughts and strength your way,
Steph

Hi Casey,
I haven't been on the boards much recently and just saw your post. Please accept my condolences, even though they are late. I know you must have gone through a very tough time with your Dad's illness. I can relate because I went through a similar situation with my Dad several years ago.
Best Wishes Barbie
