please help sick and leaving for trip!!

Hi everyone I am new here i have posted a few times. I have been eating what I am suppose to but today I am sick! The only thing i can think of its my PERIOD! it hasn't started yet but its on its way. I have gas and my stomach just hurts! Tomorrow were suppose to go to a arts and crafts festival how can I like this help!

Whenever I have major plans, I get my period or an IBS flare up! I have a trip planned for November to go outlet shopping in Lancaster,PA and I bet you $100 I'll have either ovulation issues, my period, or just plain IBS! I HATE IT!!!! I just won't eat for the day before. Maybe you'll be ok tomorrow. Hope it goes well for ya!

Ah yes the dreaded period?!? Mine is knocking on the door and my whole abdomen is achy and gassy. Ick!
Sounds like that's probably the issue with you. I'd say keep a heating pad on your tummy today as much as you can, drink lots of herb tea, take some Imodium (if D is your problem) and I'm sure you'll feel better tomorrow. At least with your period you know in a few days it will get better.
