Its funny as I DID color my hair Saturday afternoon!!!   I haven't noticed any bites on me and if I don't think about it, I'm not itchy or anything and I think we caught the problem very early so hopefully today will be the end of it! I've got a skirt and sandals on today and don't see any on me or any redness to my skin either. I'll probably get the carpet sprinkle stuff and do the carpets again this weekend just to be sure! Two bombs ready to set off as I leave the office, ack!

Thanks Stephie-we have a load of spiders in the office so it will be ineteresting to see what I came into tomorrow morning.  At least they will be dead! I still can't help but to feel "dirty!"

All the critters have been bathed, dipped and drugged. Home, car and office has been bombed, vacuumed, bleached, mopped, sprayed, vacuumed again, washed, dry cleaned, lysoled, sanitized, etc, etc, etc.
We stripped the bed down to bare mattress and set a bomb off on top of the bed! I than vacuumed the mattress and under the bed and sprayed it all again! In total, we used three bombs at my house and two bottles of spray! The animals all got front line and it will kill anything that bites them! Just to be sure, we are getting carpets cleaned next week!
I was fueled by vicodin, chocolate and the repulsive thought of bugs in my house! My hands and feet especially took the brunt of it. They are REALLY swollen today and very painful. But, the bugs are dead!!!!!!!! When I got home last night, I even found two dead flies on the back porch step, outside!!!!!! We might have gone a little over kill! My skin is raw from scrubbing myself and I washed my hair with dish soap and regular shampoo even though I'm sure I didn't have any on me, I wanted to be POSITVE! I inspected myself last night and I see no bites at all.  I think we caught it early and got'em all!
Lets see, we spent $30 at WalMart on sprays and bombs, they gave me a deal on the dogs and charged me only $10 each for flea dips, add in a $10 tip, $20 to clean the bed spread, and $140.00 at the vet for kitty and drugs for all. Thats $220.00, plus about fifty loads of laundry and whatever it costs to clean the carpets! Stupid Fleas!!!!!
