I'll let you know how things go. All I have to say is phosphosoda is the worst tasting stuff on earth!! That's all the time I have to write. Gotta go :P

Remember to breathe and stay rested while you're doing the complete evac.

Come back for support while you're going through it! We're here...!

Ok. Quick break from the potty. Now that the phosphosoda has really got things moving I just had to take 4 bisacodyl (sp?) tablets. A normal dose is 2-3. And I'm NOT a very big person. I'm gonna be going all night! I'm already pretty sore. I can't wait to be knocked out and on good meds all day tomorrow. I HATE prep. I'm trying to keep drinking a little gatorade so I'm not 100% dehydrated. I think my break is almost over Maybe I'll be back later.

Make sure to drink a lot of water while you're going. It may seem counter-intuative, but it'll make it go faster, and ultimately give you fewer attacks...

If you can, grab a nap between attacks. Don't worry, you'll wake up in time. I've been known to put a pillow on the bathroom floor and deal with the cramps and tiredness there.

Sometimes lamaze breathing between pushes works well too. You know, Hoo hoo hoo, hah hah hah, *clensing breath* :repeat:

I carry a clock with a second hand into the bathroom (wristwatch works too). Once the contractions are between 2 mins apart, I push. When it's just water and I have major fatigue and think I can't keep going, I look at the clock to remind myself that this isn't going to be forever.

You can do it! Tomorrow you can rest up and this will all be behind you. Please take comfort in knowing we all know what you're going through, and We've Been There.
