hi everyone,
I've had cold or flu or something for the past few days and I had a really restless night lastnight , not breathing properly. So anyway I got up this morning and my throat was really thick with phlegm I think I spelt that right so anyway I spat it out and there was blood there :S
Do you think this could be cos I've been blowing my nose hard? or should I be more concerned I'm rather scared :S

It's probably blood from your nose. Happens to me all the time. But...if it continues, call a doc! Hope you feel better!

could also be the sign of infenction on your tonsils. if you`re feverish it`s good to see a doc. if you have an infection you`ll likely get a prescription for antibiotics but if you have a virus/cold, you might just need rest and lots of water.
