pain question?

im just wondering if any of you get pain in your lower right pelvic area off and on?? ive had my appendix checked, my ovaries checked, so im wondering if ibs can cause it?.. it doesnt go away with BM..but sometimes when i have the pain i have to go..

I get it every once in a while and it is usually associated with BMs.

Always. That's exactly where my IBS gets me. I actually have no appendix so that lower pain was what got us figured out that it was IBS. Especially when I'm on a bad C bend. With D it usuusally shows up higher.

I get it too. Mine usually signals the need to go or that I have gas!

is your pain located right where your pocket is? I have pain there.. and in lower right pelvic area... all tests are negative... It increases in intensity when I'm gassy and/or need to have BM.

Yeah, I get that. I actually used to get such severe pains in my lower abdomen that I went to emergency *twice* as the pain was so bad I was nearly hysterical, but both times it was nothing -- Although it sure didn't feel like nothing and I hated hearing that! 
I don't know exactly what it is, but I guess as your intestines and colon go right down there it can pretty much hurt anywhere... who knows? Yet another IBS mystery, maybe!
