I think the bug I had - if I had one - is mostly gone. Its 36 hours later whatever happened to 24 hour bugs? Now tonight I'm up with terrible gas and bloating. Maybe this is a heat and humidity reaction. Also maybe from eating so little for 3 days now. Whatever it is, I'm not happy. My daughter will be up in 5 hours! Which means tomorrow I'll probably be on this board whining about ibs due to lack of sleep! blaaaaaaaah! IBS sucks!

ps. The 40yo virgin is dumb, yet totally hilarious!

DUmb movies are fun sometimes. When I saw Porky's I laughed harder than I ever had. Stupid, but funny.
Hope you feel better.

I saw my GI today after the bad cramps and d I had last week. Which btw finally subsided yesterday morning. He wants me to have an ultrasound tomorrow to check for gallstones. I just read some websites and it certainly sounds like I might have them, but then again the symptoms are pretty much identical to ibs so who knows. I guess I'll know tomorrow. I'm a little bit wound up about it - going over all the "what-if's" in my mind. Luckily I got this appointment right away so I'll know soon. Unfortunately I don't have any more dumb movies at home to watch tonight to get my mind off things. Wish me luck!!!

I've had the norwalk and it was UGLY. maybe that's what you've got.

The 40 year old virgin is a fantastic movie!

I doubt it. I had awful pain but no vomiting, and the d was quickly stopped with immodium. The cramps however, held on for days. I'm not even going to go read about the norwalk, I can barely handle knowing it exists! And anything I read, I will begin to experience or believe I"m coming down with it. Anyway, my guess is severe ibs episode, or some kind of stomach bug, though we'll see, gallstones are a possibility too from what i read of the symptoms.
