I was diagnosed with ibs 4 yrs ago. Since then I have tried to manage it on my own. I take zelnorm once in a while when my symptoms flare up. But, the zelnorm causes my stomach to be a bit upset when I take it. I also suffer from acute acid reflux and panic disorders. It seems like when my ibs flares up it triggers everything else to flare too. I'm glad there is a site for us ibs suffers to go and have a place to chat with other people who suffer from the same thing. It's a big comfort. Hooray for Heather! I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone and will hopefully get to all of you in the near future. Thank You

i know what you mean all too well about the ibs/panic/reflux issues. the key i believe is training your mind to relax and surpress the thoughts, pain and with a little help of medicine.

Hello and Welcome!!  I have several other "issues" as well and yep they all seem to flare at the same time!
