Well, I got to see the doc Monday. I was really hoping that he was going to tell me that in 2 weeks I could lose this damn brace and start going back to normal. Unfortunately, it's not to be. Doc wasn't happy with my range of motion and wants me in the brace another 4 weeks. I was kind of afraid that was what he was going to say. My arm just doesn't feel ready.

On the upside, Doc says I can go ahead and start running, he thinks that the motion might just help loosen things up, he also prescribed physical therapy.

I can start riding my bike (2 wheeled) in mid Sep, and I will be curling 60oz weights in about a month. He manipulated it a bit, and now it hurts……Its going to be a long road back.

This is the only pic I will post this time_ _ the others are a little more graphic. But you can see how SAD my poor arm looks. Shell took this after she MADE me do my exercises and applied heat/ice/heat/ice/etc.

Shane

Ouch!! That looks painful!! Good for Shell for making you do your exercises, I know they have got to hurt but they will help in the long term! Hang in there!

Ouch! It looks sore and swollen. Shell is right to make sure that you do everything the Dr told you, she'll get you better fast
