I live in a bad neighborhood, drug dealers right next door, etc.. shootings.. fighting..everything.. well today i heard theyre going to have a shootout so can u all just pray that my family and i stay safe? our house is right in the middle of it all.. we have gangs all around us.. so ive been staying away from the windows and stuff

Thats really Bad I'm that kind of person who would give you money to move to a safer place but I used it all for a puppy. I really hope no harm comes to you. One question though Did you call the Police?!?

awww thats a sweet thought.. we do call the cops but we dont like to get involved cause they know who calls and we dont want them messing with us..so we let others call

thanks! we want to move but we cant afford it at the moment, im not working and my mom is on disability..my twin watches kids for now..so with moms ssi check and my twins money, we dont have enough, plus we're on section 8 and theyre so picky about what houses we choose and stuff, we're used to it here, we've been on this street for 23 years so we've seen it all.. it just gets scarier though.. a guy we know is fixing up a single house for us down the street, hes re doing everything, and that end is the more quiet part.. its mostly empty lots and a few houses that no one bothers with anyone.. so hes trying to get it really nice to where section 8 will let us move in there... i just keep hoping my ssi will come through this time (i have to go before a judge) so i can help out

I'm from a tourist town on Cape Cod and the most we worried about was someone peeing in our yard after bars closed. I can't imagine actually living like that. I would be terrified all of the time. Where I am now the doors are not even locked at night. I hope it works out that you can move. I'll be thinking of you.

thanks, ill be careful.. we all run in the hallway when they shoot cause its right in the middle of the house.. its getting dark so i really have to watch now cause they always wait til dark.. its weird cause last time i called 911 when they were shooting, it rang 8 times then a recording came on and said "youve reached cleveland emergency services, we're currently assisting other callers, please stay on the line, your call is very important to us" isnt that crazy??
