Go raibh míle maith agat! (a thousand thanks)
You got it exactly right...did you know that google is available in the Irish language? Madness given how few people speak the language as their first language... Google in Irish ..click on Gaeilge (the Irish for Gaelic, pronouced gay-il-ga)

Doh, I was always proud I could say Gaelic in Irish, but I've been pronouncing it wrong all these years - gay-li-ga instead of gay-il-ga. Doh!
I also used to be able to count to 20, but can't remember a single number now! Pathetic I know, but I did try...

Ring any bells Blondie? Have you Irish in you so? As for the pronunciation thing, both are actually correct I think, I learned the Munster dialect, which is different to the west of Ireland one, and I think that both versions pass, even a native speaker wouldn't even realise the difference, the joys of speaking so quickly!

They do actually sound familiar, though my pronounciation's probably way off now...
Nope, no Irish blood, just Scottish blood - and I was up to almost ignore that fact, so I got a bit all-things-gaelic obsessed and taught myself the basics! In my early teens I even loved gaelic sci-fi fantasy style books, written by Patricia Kenneally and some other Irish writers - very strange!!!
