OMG .... I was so sick yesterday. Ate something I shouldn't have for breakfast and I am still suffering. I am IBS C and got an attack. I think I went 8 times (TMI, I know). I still kept feeling bloated. Then the gall bladder kicked into overdrive and I started throwing up bile. Hours and hours of hanging my head in my wastebasket. I am so sore inside from one end to the other. I feel like I had a Drano cocktail. I ate some toast today for breakfast, and managed to keep it down, and that is what I am having for lunch. I am sipping tea, but haven't been able to finish one cup yet in almost three hours. Just shoot me! Thank Goodness I got to sleep around midnight. This is the worst I have ever been. Sorry to bitch and moan, but around here they don't get it. Last night they were still saying I probably had a bug.
I'm going back to bed. UGH

Thanks, Cailin. I am feeling a little better, but still not up to par. I slept all day today and it felt so good. I'm still not willing to eat too much, but hopefully tomorrow I will feel healed inside.
