It seems like ages since I last talked with you! I'm getting better now, but I did have a rough week. Can't wait for this weekend when I have some time to relax!

This time last year I was in Liverpool meeting up with Natalie! My friends are trying to lure me back at the mo!

also.. a one of the interns lives in Federal Hill baltimore and also recommends that area.. the other lives in annapolis and has even recommended a complex in the area that she lives in and loves. They assign us to schools depending on where we live later in the summer. I am pretty flexible, so I think even if I say yes now.. i'll be able to find somewhere great somewhere in the area.

I think you can make it work!!! I had a friend in Federal Hill and he loved it there! Given the preference though, I'd live in Annapolis to avoid the dreaded Bmore traffic.

How exciting!

I've not been around a huge amount myself recently and hadn't been since about September but have been back lately as I try to get in shape and watch what I eat before my "big" birthday in May.

Hi Nelly, $4800 Ouch! I guess you have no insurance. Your BF's
won't cover you either I suppose? Too bad you weren't working
directly for the gov, then you'd have all the insurance you'd
ever need. Isn't there any way you can get some insurance? I
see all these ad's on TV that say, Yes, for just 35 bucks a
month, regardless of your past medical history you can get
Such and Such insurance, that covers doctor visits, hospital
ization and prescription meds. Yes,Yes, call now, etc, etc.

Can you do your own injections, or have BF do it? It's not
hard,I've done it. Well, not to myself, but to my dogs and
cats when they needed them.
Donnatol and Amyltrip are good meds to have. Amyltrip is
a *particularly good* AD for D's, and it really stomps out
anxiety. I hope everything works out for you. Hang in there
! -Bob

Thanks for the comforting words, B. I was turned down for insurance last month-- originally they wanted $450/mo, but when they found out I was sick they denied me. They said if I was healthy I could have gotten it, but as I'm not all the other's people's premiums would have gone up when I use it. So frustrating.

My BF has Lyme, plus $20,000 in dental bills he's trying to pay off so there's no real cash left over. I wouldn't want him to cover me anyway because I'm just not that kind of person to take $$$ from somebody I'm not related to.

So far, I've been paying for everything myself with a little help from my mom, and I'm not going into any debt over my treatment. I paid off all my credit a few years ago and cancelled and cut up all my cards, and I'm NOT going back!

I know there are people in much worse sits than mine, and I'm just happy I've found doctors who can treat me. I don't feel better yet, but when I do it will have been worth it.

Oh my god how time flies!! I remember that day really really well actually...cos it had been the first time Id been on that train I got to meet you in ages!! Id had a nearly/almost attack whilst on one once and was terrified of them and hadnt been on one for ages....and so it was a bit of a milestone to go back on one again without panicking about my previous experience!! It was a fun night though...and that luna bar was amazing...I savoured every moment!! hehe

Yes, sorry about the measly stash that trip!! Ireland was the real bounty!!!

My friend from London called me up and we talked for an hour last weekend! She was the one who'd told me it was a year already. Un-believable.

I miss Liverpool.
