I have not posted in a while. I'm busy with the kids. I've been going a little crazy the past few weeks. Baby doesn't sleep well. And there for I get no sleep. I'm so on edge all the time. I feel like the worst mom to my two older kids. I have NO patience for them. I feel like I'm always in a battle with one of them. Life is good....but hard for me right now.

I soooooo need to get my IBS under control. I have been eating a ton of garbage...so that and a lack of sleep is really doing a number on me. I wish I could just go on a mini vacation away from the house and kids for a few days. The baby is great....it's just the other two that can TALK.....are giving me such a hard time right now. I just want some sleep and some nice kids! LOL!!!

Hailey is doing well. She is 7 mo old and a big girl. She is 20ish LBS. And just a joy. She keeps me happy! Thank goodness. She is a happy little baby. IF only she could sleep.

Anyhow, I just thought I would check in really fast. I have to run now. My 4 yr old is yelling for me. I feel nutty today. I have a bit of the flu and MAJOR lack of sleep. Good thing she is going to school today.

Hugs to all!

And prayers! With two older kids, you already know that this will pass...it just seems like it won't! Hang in there! Here's praying you will get some sleep and all will feel right with the world once more!! There is no greater joy than your children! But you know that already x 3!

Hang in there sweetie!! It sounds nutty but I'm sure once you get some good sleep you'll have more patience and be able to deal with the kids easier! Hugs and Love!

It's SOOOOO nice to hear from ya! Sorry about the wild kids, but all that chasin' around after 'em -- ain't that supposed to help you keep the weight off? Could you loan them out to me for awhile?

Hope you stay around; we miss you.

So good to hear from you Steph! I've been wondering where you've been. Def post some pics of that little family of yours and the new baby.

As for the zero sleep.. I dunno how to help, but I think i'd be fed up too. Its understandable. Hang in there. They grow up so fast I hear!

Hugs, sweetie. Things WILL settle down. I know what it's like running on an empty tank. Do you have any family nearby or can your husband take the kids for a couple hours in the evening so you can get a quick nap? You need your rest.
You are NOT a horrible Mom. You're just tired. It's perfectly natural that you'd be on edge. You're human. Give yourself a break. Take a deep breath, and explain that to your older kids that Mommy is very tired.
Do the best you can.
Take care of YOURSELF. Remember, what your kids need the most is a healthy Mom. Get some rest, and see if you can get away for a half a day or something. Anything. Book a pedicure or a massage. You DESERVE IT!!!!
Tons of hugs,
Alicia.

Well Lexi went to school and I was able to get the baby back down for a nap. So now I get a little ME time!!! I really need to be working on the house....but I'm NOT going to right now!!! I just feel bad when I feel like I'm going to explode. My kids hear me yell a little more these days! I'm trying to just relax....but sometimes it just feels good to scream!!! LOL!!! Don't get me wrong....my kids are not getting yelled at all the time. It's just that I've been on edge the last few weeks. I need to get excersising and eating healthy....and taking some breakes for me. Hubby is really busy right now with work. But I do get a few breakes now and then. I plan on getting my hair done here in a few days and the will be nice! My hubbys little bro is getting married next week, so that will be a nice get out of the house pass!!! It's just so hard these days to get the baby in the car and go places. She is NOT a fan of the car.

Anyhow....thanks for listining! I still check the boards often. I just don't have much time to post!

Hope everyone is doing well. I've got to post some new pics!!!!

Take care!

Steph, it's great to hear from you! I'm sorry to hear things are so crazy for you. That certainly does make controlling your IBS a lot more complicated. I'm so glad your baby girl is doing well, though!! I'd love to see some photos if you have any! Hugs to you, too!

Hey Steph! It's SO super hearing from you! :-)

A new hairdo...itns't that just the BEST! You must post pics, ok? And congrats on your bro-in-law getting married! That's awesome...happy dances! Will the kids be going or will they be staying home with a sitter? Can you maybe get a sitter and go out for a night with hubby...or with the girls? Or even to a store or something ALONE LOL

I hope you get some SLEEP and good-for-Steph time in soon *hugs*

Love, Ruch

Now they are 7, 5, and 3 and I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the "no sleep" tunnel. In the meantime sleep when you can, forget housework, and try to get one on one time with each child if EVER possible, you'll rediscover how much fun they are (and they will do the same about YOU).

Hugs...it's so hard being Mommy when they are small!!!!!!!!!
