I just had some Vegetable Fried Rice for the first time in YEARS! I put a little soy sauce on it and it was sooooooo good. I ate the bean sprouts, carrots, snap peas and rice. Picked out the onions! I'm sitting here just waiting for my tummy to tell me if it was ok to eat or not! How pathetic is that?
Can anyone else eat Chinese food and be ok with it? I'll let ya all know either tonight or tomorrow it may hit! Gosh I hate this this waiting game!

I have to eat around the veggies because they're not cooked enough for me, but chinese food (as long as it's not fried) sits pretty well with me!

I'm usually fine as long as there's no msg or anything is super deep-fried. Should be safe.

It's okay on me if i make my own. Whenever I get it from a restaurant, though it tastes fantastic, I always end up with a horrible stomach ache and trips to the bathroom.

I'm pretty certain my local Chinese restaurant uses MSG, so I avoid it. I used to eat there thinking I was getting something perfectly safe and then get sick.

I'm usually fine with it, except if there's MSG. Luckily there are a lot of no MSG places around here.

Of course I woke up with my monthly friend! OH isn't it grand to be a woman!!!!!!!!!
No MSG was in my Chinese. I checked so I'm kinda happy that I've found something that is IBS safe for me. (for this week at least! You know how IBS is!!!)
