Hi there, I'm Nel! 34/f/dc. Welcome to the boards! You're not from Chicago by any chance, are you? We got some snow in DC this morning, but it's probably not going to stick. 
Tell us a little about yourself! I'm pain-predominant, IBS-D and have been since I was about 7, though I've been pretty much stable for the last 5 years. I avoid fiberous foods, though meat's never been a trigger for me. Dairy is my nemesis.
