So last night and today, I haven't felt as sick. Really only this morning and it passed. However, since last night and all day today I've had a headache. It's not excrutiating, but annoying cause it's ALWAYS there, and I'm not taking any medicine. (Oh anacin, I miss you!).
The only thing I can think is it's hormonal, or possibly because I've been wearing my glasses since Sunday because I'm too lazy to put contacts in.

they suggest going with glasses actually when your preggers. how much water are you drinking? i know i get headaches if i don't have enough water. especially durring pregnancy! it makes you pee a lot more..which is a pain, but it keeps the head aches away. you can take tylonal, though they say not too much, but that is safe for baby. i've had to take it a few times too. i'm 22 weeks, which isn't as high of a risk to take, but i took it with my daughter too, and she's ok!!

stay with the crackers and bread for your sickness. i use to drink sprite, but can't now because the hfcs, however, whole foods, or any other health food store will have something (ginger helped alot too!!)

um...thats all my knowlege, like i said check out babycenter.com if you haven't already, they have good stuff there to!!

I agree with Lyndsey! Water, water and more water! It is ok to take Tylenol, just don't exceed the recommended dose. If the script is different between your glasses and contacts, that could be causing it as well!

Taking it one day at a time.....
