I adore tea, but here's the deal. I go and go and go all night long. I'm about to have another cup right now, so I can avoid the ice cream in the fridge that's trying to call me. But...I'll be up all night wee-weeing. Oh...well...!!

Is this herbal tea or decaf black tea? Cos I think decaf black tea is still a diuretic so it'll make you pee even more. Herbal tea isn't.

Hey there! Welcome to the boards!
Does water do this to you too? Is peeing waking you up at night?
Try drinking less and less as evening approaches. If this doesn't help and you still go...I would say it's time to see your doctor. This is not normal I'm afraid. (Feel free to e-mail me for more info. on my own bladder story) Ruchily@yahoo.com
P.S. Linz's suggestion with tea is a good one...I would try chamomile or mint to start. No caffeine for sure!!
