But the general idea is this: darkness, a few inches of snow, a semi-plowed road, an empty house (the person who owns it uses it as a "hunting camp"), and a streetlight that goes out every 10 minutes. It's a beautiful day here in Alabama, and although I sit by a large window, I overlook a parking lot and the backside of the Baptist Church. However, at home, I'm in the middle of about 600 acres of prime deer hunting land, so it's woods in all directions! And today is the last day of deer season, so the woods are full of hunters! I hardly ever go upstairs! God hooked us up big time! I love the neighborhood...it is very quiet, lots of folks walk their dogs and such. There are stores all over the place, my daugther and I will hop on our bikes and go to Wal-mart for milk or whatever. Loads of fun.
