It doesn't look like you got a lot of feedback here...so I'd like to make a suggestion. If you log on to the webcite you will see several different things to click on with your mouse the same way you clicked on the Living Room. Click on Eating for IBS Diet this time and re-post your message. You'll get muh better feedback there. The Living Room is for non-IBS related issues...Eating for IBS Diet is for IBS related issues.
