I can only imagine the joy, and hope I join you in the world of fully employed professionals VERY SOON!

But it's awesome that you got in somewhere you already love. that's so ideal!

What a big stressor put to rest! After you ace the bar exam, you'll be on your way!

What kind of law will you be practicing?

Congrats, Amanda!!! That's fantastic!

Now for the important part -- what do you wear to work?? Here's my thing -- I have several of those really cute sexy suit or suit-type outfits, but I don't have the guts to wear them. I got them dirt-cheap on the clearance rack, which I'm thinking means no one else here in the boonies has the guts to wear them, either. So in a metro area like New York, do female lawyers wear short skirts and tight tops? I guess I figure that it's probably not appropriate for work if it makes my husband sexually harass me.

Congrats Amanda! That is very very awesome. I bet you feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of you. I'll be in the same boat as you were in a couple months once my internship where I'm at now is over. I am definitely factoring in a little vacation time before I start working again though for the rest of my life. Sometimes I'd love to stay in school forever.

Congrats again!

That's awesome Amanda! What part of the city will you be working in? Good luck on your Bar exam. I know it is tough but you will be fine!
