Peeing on his head is nothing! His pee goes SOOO far! He peed on MY face when he first got home! When Justin changes his diaper and I'm in the room, he points his you-know-what towards me the whole time he's wiping him....lol...smarta$$.

Here's to our smart husbands! And to not having to pay hundreds of dollars again!!!!! YAY! I probably won't take the exam, unless I go back to work soon...which I don't see happening until my baby's grown.

Grant is adorable...my daughter had NO HAIR for two years. I would have been happy with anything!
Congratulations to Justin as well.

I love the static hair goin on! He's just adorable Cara! Yes and no one tells you the hard parts of having a newborn. Heck if we all knew what we were in for we'd never reproduce! It's so worth it though. It goes so quick and each stage you find fun and not so fun. But you are right about it being a different kind of love. Our dog was our child for a few years. Then my first son came, dog got put on backburner. Second child came, mom gets on backburner with hubby. It's a viscious circle! Phase though, just remember that, it's all a phase. Enjoy your time with him. Before you know it he'll be two! Lots of luck to you sweetie!!!!

I just want to nibble on his knees! I'm glad that he's doing so well. The no sleep thing stinks but you're right, I'm sure it's better than throwing up. I love the picture of him at the end in the yellow towel - what a little smile I love it!
Take care and a nap!

Thanks! I know what you mean about the dogs... I love them SOOO much, and I knew I wouldn't be able to give them all the attention anymore - I kept telling myself I would NOT let them be put on the backburner...but it's almost impossible not to! Makes me sad I am glad they have eachother at least. They are great with the baby too....we have them gated into a certain area...and I had the baby on the laying on the ground in his Baby Einstein..and I went to get the mail and take the trash in, and Emeril got out of the gate. When I came in I was freaked out that he stepped on the baby or scratched him or something...but Grant was smiling and Emeril was just sitting next to him! It was really cute.
Ok I better get going...never enough time!
