I've started using Vick vapor rub before bed too except.........I'm using it on my toe nails! Yep, I have the most disgusting toes and toe nails. About 5 of the 10 of them have a fungus under the nail that will not go away without taking a medication (which I refuse to do). My doctor told me to spray Tylex on a toothbrush and then brush my toes every morning with it and at night use the Vicks. My nails should be nice and pretty in 6 MONTHS! I started the regime January 1 so that in June I can have my first pedicure! Can't wait!

I am so totally into lavendar right now. I have bath oil, body wash, lotion, body spray... it's supposed to have a calming effect. Plus, I have some in my flowerbed, which smells up the front porch beautifully! LOVE IT!!!!!!

I grew up on it.

But I decided to stop.

And now I'm free!

Here's what I did:

I threw it all away. I let my lips bleed and do whatever they needed to do.

And it was AGONY!!!

But you CAN do it!

Here's what helped me the most: Someone told me they put glass in the stuff...and that this was the addictive property no less! I don't know if it's true but the thought of it made me quit much easier.

HTH ??

but chapstick seems to be such a strange addiction! Of course who am I to talk sitting here in black sweats therefore black knee socks...my socks have to match!

When I was in high school I used to color coordinate my underwear with my clothes ! Thankfully I wasn't into polka dots...or leopard at the time!

Lol! I'm glad I'm not alone in knee sock love - except mine never match what I'm wearing! Good thing I usually wear boots.

Yeah, I know it probably isn't good for my teeth. Luckily, save for a few cavities here and there, I have been ok...

Yeah, that "sexually frustrating" stuff is B.S. I don't know who conducted those studies and who was inclded in the sample size.

It is good to know that someone else shares my addiction as well!
