Thanks, Bevvy!!

I am on day 31 of the Hypno and I am pretty relaxed and free of pain when I am listening to it.....It really doees help me, even if it's only just for that 30 mins a day!

Yea, I think you're right! I have waaaaay too much NOT NEEDED stress in my life. There's no reason to be stressing over MOST of the things that I stress over!!!

I got my knitting kit and I made the very first loop and got lost from there!!! LOL!! I can't figure out how they made the second stitch and how to hold that yarn in my hands, but I will hopefully catch on here in a minute. Sometimes it just takes me a little while to get it.....I have NEVER done this before. The only reason I even knew what a "slip knot" was, was because the Navy taught me every kind of knot in the book!! Hehehehehe......

Thanks for the mucho hugs!!
((((((((MUCHO HUGS BACK AT'CHA))))))))))))!!!

My "pain attack" started last night and is continuing into today. I took a Librax and a Donnatol...and still the pain and cramps are so bad. I'm doubled over in pain. I always have pain..but not to this degree.

I've eaten totally safe...taking same supplements...but the pain and C hit me hard. Does this ever get any easier? How do I make this pain go away??

Getting started is the hardest part. I don't know if you read that I started and stopeed at nauseum before I finally got it. It felt awkward and clumsy...like a total klutz.

Bevrs send me pictures of her hands as she held stuff. It was awesome, she has since deleted them but I know she will send them to you too. If you want to see them or have particular questions shoot Bevrs an e-mail. She is my "Knitting-Mama" and I don't know what I would do without her encouragement!

Do you have her e-mail address? If not, send the questions to me and I will forward them to her.

IT WILL RELAX YOU ONE DAY....I SWEAR!!!!!!!!!!

Bev was gonna teach me too. I gave up though!

I was SO clouded by the bipolar (and low self esteem from abuse) I didn't believe I could do it. And I gave up. (Plus I think my hands hurt due to fibro....).

It makes me SO happy though to hear about you ladies doing this! Keep at it...and keep posting! I'm VERY excited that you have found this through Bev (isn't she the greatest!!)

*hugs*

For about 2 years I was stable (having the occasional attack of C and Gas instead of continous C...the bloating was even better than it is now!)....and now meds have made me unstable again. C all day all the time

It's just awful

*hugs* to all!!!! Feel better....

Love,

Ruchie

Whew!! That makes me feel a little better!! hehehehe....I swear I can't figure out what direction that string is going in the book! I stared at it for about 10 minutes and gave up..... I figured I was just too tired and not looking at it right.

I hope Bevvy sends me the pics!! Did you read that Bevvy??? Please send me pics!!?!

I am going to get this down one way or another. It might take me a year to figure out that second stitch but I'll get it!! I don't have anything else to do!! LOL!!

I'm glad you finally got it though! Your scarf is looking AWESOME!!!!!!

You can start it up again??!! I am still stuck on the second stitch, though, so I can't say much! LOL!!

I'm sorry to hear that meds made you unstable, again. That sucks!! I wish there was something I could do......I hope you stabilize again soon!! *HUGS*!!

A knitting kit is a beginners kit for $10 bucks that you can buy at Walmart. I bought the crochet kit, too, because Bevvy said we really need to know how to do both. But, I want to knit first. I tried Crochet a LONG TIME AGO, and gave up on it the first day!! LOL!! I can't give up this time. I really want to knit me a scarf!!!

Love ya!
