Look at this review for a book on ibs and chinese medicine from Amazon. I cracked up when I got to the 'solution.' Oh if only it were that easy for the rest of us! Dan

Easy to read and so interesting!, April 1, 2002
Reviewer:
I loved this book. I've been searching for ways to beat the problems I've had with IBS for years. After reading this book, I found a practitioner that has gone beyond the textbook remedies, and together we've found out what causes my symptoms. I've had an irritated bowel for good reason--I'm allergic to my deoderant! This is a MUST READ for anyone who is tired of the same old same old, and is open minded enough to get to the real problem. It's great to feel good!

Thanks for sharing this, Dan -- I laughed so hard when I read this!!! OK, so I was really tired, but still.

This reminds me of a review of a CD I just read on bn.com. The reviewer mentioned that the three songs that he really liked that he felt "helped" him were:

"Sober"
"Crawl Away"
"Prison Sex"

boy, does THAT make you wonder.

Hahahahaha! Those are all songs by TOOL, and I also felt "helped" by them at one point in my life - during my super "angsty" period.

I've moved on - now the TOOL song "Lateralus" makes me feel good - it's about the spiral of life, and feeling and thinking and evolving...quite less of an angry song. Hee hee!
