hI; I am reading DR. pHIL'S ULTIMATE WEIGHT LOSS BOOK AND AM GOING TO try to follow the plan.correction; I am GOING TO follow the plan. My weight goal is to lose 50 lbs. by next june. I have lost some already,5-6 lbs.
