Seems my tummy is going from one extreme to the other. For a week, it was nothing but safe foods and not really being hungry. Lately, though, I have been hungry non-stop! And most of it is IBS-safe foods and I never eat so much food that I'm too full.. it just seems like I am snacking constantly all the time!

And the worst part.. after all that time it took for me to give up the one thing I thought I could never give up.. here I am drinking my second diet pepsi of the week. I was doing SO good! Bad Jennifer.

So I've been trying to think of what to be for Halloween this year and am currently leaning towards being a bloated cow. All I will need to do is put on my white sweatshirt and color black spots.

I think it will get better when I get paid tomorrow and can go grocery shopping for healthy foods! Been eating whatever was leftover in the cupboards, which is mostly crap.

LMBO - You are too funny Jennifer LOL. I am sorry to hear you are having a tough time, but you should be proud that you can laugh about it and make everyone around you laugh too!

Thanks for making me laugh Jennifer! You are such a riot! Soz you're having a hard time - giving up stuff is such a bore, isn't it!

Maybe a friend could join you with the bloated cow thing and you could get a pantomine-horse-type costume. That would be hilarious!

Oooh maybe I'll convince my 3 yr old cousin to be a cow too. She's still got tons of baby fat and would make a pretty cute cow.

Last night, I ate some of my mexican cassarole and then went to Boston Market later with a friend and had some yams and rice (can we say oink oink?). So I stepped on the scale this morning to see the 10lbs I probably gained and I lost 2 lbs! Still trying to figure out how that worked out...

Can I borrow you bloated cow costume? I could really use it today. All of my pants are so tight in the waist. I am miserable! I've been eating junk lately, so I have no one to blame but myself. I think the Citrucel combined with red wine last night was the final clincher./ I've got to stop punishing myself like this. When I get down, I eat junk! Then I hate myself for doing it. What a cycle!

No problem! I even have a cow bell that my ex-boyfriend's dad got me for Christmas one year to go with it!

I know what you mean about eating the bad stuff. Anywhere I went last weekend, people were having really delicious smelling hamburgers.. so last night I went to Juicy Burger and got a big mushroom burger. Mmm.. worth every bite, although I am certainly paying for it today! Going to go home early from work in an hour or two.
