Yep, another Yom Kippur gone. I managed to fast the entire time (25 hours, starting Wednesday night) and am now enjoying some pasta and sorbet. Yummy. That is great, I don't think I could ever fast for that long, I get dizzy and stomach sick if I don't have food in my stomach. Can you tell me why people fast during Yum Kippur?
