I am wondering about this drug Levsin that I am on. I have
been on it for more than a year and at first it worked
pretty well, but lately I have noticed that it may not be
working as well. Is it possible to build up a tolerance to
this medication? I mean I know you can with other medications.
Also, is there anyone else out there taking this drug and
what is your experience with it? I am on the 0.125mg tab
four times a day.

I am on Levsin, same dose as you. I have the sublingual version (disolves on your tongue). I've been on it since early February '05. The first couple of weeks I was on it, I took it 3 or 4 times a day. It made me extremely sleepy. I started taking it once a day for a bit, and then, only when I felt I needed it. Now that I am pretty stable, I take it about once a month. If I take it now, I know I will sleep well that night and be thirstier than usual.
