Does anyone have esophagus spasms with their IBS? I get it so bad sometime and it may be all I have that day. Other times the spasms just move on down to my abdomen.

That sounds more like GERDs than IBS (tho IBS is a risk factor for GERDs so alot of us have both). Talk to your doc about this as there are some great meds to control it.

Thanks. I did talk to my doctor and she says IBS can spasm all the way up and it ripples up and down so I am reasonably sure that it is spasms. I am thin and I'm careful of what I eat.
