OMG! 
Ok, I had to put something on my bosses desk and I saw her daily planner out, it's always there. She has left for the day.
So I glanced at it. There was something "T.S. late 15 mins". So I looked through the whole book and EVERY SINGLE TIME that I'm late she writes it in!!!!!!!!!! She is @#%&* neurotic about it!!!!!! OMG!!!! So I looked to see if there were any other entries for co-workers. NO! Just that they've used vacation days or were sick. There was ONE entry for Dan being 5 MINUTES late. She even writes it in when I am 3 mins late for god's sake!!!!!   
OMG, get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo mad. Why does she care so much.
GET A LIFE!!!! It DOES NOT effect my work at all. Unlike the other bozo's here I don't surf the net and chat on the phone ALL day!
God, I am going to start eating my breakfast at work so I'm here on time. She'll miss getting to rag on me in her little book. If she keeps that info out in the open, what's in her personal file on me???????????

p.s. When I leave here, I am giving 2 WEEKS NOTICE, not a month liek I thought I would. I owe that b*tch NOTHING!

Sorry I ahven't written back yet. She has me on 9 HUGE projects. I'm the "junior" designer here yet it's ME who is designing a calendar, an ad to go on ALL buses, etc. I think she's overloading me because I'm leaving soon.

Hi Tina,
That's awful that your boss is like that. Definitely just give them two weeks notice they don't deserve more than that and who knows how she would treat you if you gave her a month.

Oh my god! What a b*tch! That would drive me just INSANE lol
I don't really have any tips because I am EXACTLY the same way I am CHRONICALLY late for everything... always... lol Work, class, meetings etc... Sigh. It's terrible. Luckily I've always had jobs where my boss has been very accomodating - otherwise I wouldn't have lasted!

Getting back to the insomnia part of your post - I have terrible insomnia too, but I've found that I fall asleep really easily listening to the ibs audio hypnosis cds each night. Maybe that or something similar could help. Sorry you're boss is being such a bitch, its really hard to work wiith someone like that...

With me it's also a lack of stage 4 sleep even when I do sleep that's a big issue. REALLY struggling this week.

Yes, laying out clothes and packing your lunch at night is a great idea... I do that too!
Seems like still....even if I set the alarm for 15 mins earlier and GET UP 15 mins earlier...I still end up late to work... have a hard time getting moving... plus I'm always at this...(Do I need to go sit NOW or do I wait until I get to work...and then have to tell everyone to watch the phones for me...cuz I have to go? They all know about my IBS)
Good luck...I will have to watch this thread and see what other ideas are given.
