Exercise Support Group / Sept 22-28

Okay ladies.. a brand new week! Set your goals.
Last weekend I did 4 hours worth of straight house work and swam with the kids for 2 hours so I figure that all that moderate activity counted for my last hour that I needed for my goal (combined). My muscles are still sore so that's how I can tell that I got some sort of work-out.
This week, I already know it's going to be so hectic I don't know if I'll have time to breathe. However, I'm still going to set up my 90 mins goal (not going to raise it this week) and am determined to get it done. I'm going to be cleaning my dad's house Tues night so will see how strenuous that is to determine whether I can count it as activity. Then I go camping this weekend so I think I'm going to try to go walking during my lunch (even though we have a heat wave right now).
Something tells me I'm going to have to really be on top of it if I want to meet my goal this week.

This weekend I walked to the store for a Reese's Buttercup LOL. Whatever it takes to get me out there LOL. I know that's very bad!!! But I really wanted one!
It was about a half hour walk so I figured I earned it.
This week I am gonna go for 60 minutes. Or two workouts this week. I know I just have to do it!
