Okay so here goes. My goal this week is 90 minutes (30 mins for 3 days) and so far I'm 0/90.
Determined to make it 30/90 by the end of today!

It is flippin' cold here today - it is snowing nearby (not here exactly) so I think I am going to do my stepper for 30 minutes tonight.

I'm in!!
Goal: Work out at least four days this week.
Mon: 30 minutes Windsor Pilates (done!)
Tue: nothing!
Wed: 45 mintutes Fat Burning Yoga
Thu: 30 minutes Windsor Pilates
Fri: 30 minutes Pilates for Dummies
Sat: 45 minutes Fat Burning Yoga
Sun: 45 minutes Fat Burning Yoga

Good Morning!
Ok - I truly suck! LOL - I never worked out again last night. I had the best of intentions after I got home from getting groceries, but my husband was home with company when I returned. I guess it's really not my fault, but I will have to buckle down and do it for sure tonight!
How is everyone else doing?

I almost decided to be lazy and take a nap (laid down on my bed and everything) but gave myself a stern lecture and went for a 30 min brisk walk. It actually felt really nice as the weather wasn't too cold or hot!
I know that when company is over it can be hard to get out and escape. I probably wouldn't have exercised either, Lana!
Hopefully you can get out for a walk or do some exercise on your treadmill tonight! I have school again so can't do anything tonight. Tomorrow I have an appointment right after work and then dinner at a friend's house so I'm going to try to rush home quick after my appointment to get in some sort of exercise.
30/90 now! Determined to reach my goal this week!

Ok...so I did one Denise Austin show (I tape them) already this week! I wlll (hopefully) do one tonight and one again tomorrow or Friday. You guys are good motivators. Good thing we're all in this together!

A person doesn't realize how busy their life is until we try to fit in something like this.
It's also easier to get out on my bike - then be stuck in my house - but it is raining here. They are actually calling for snow tonight!
So I will try to get something done tonight!
I will work towards 90 minutes of exercise this week! Hopefully I can get it done tonight, tomorrow and the day after.
